Shipping policy

At Enphold, we care greatly about your user experience - and that includes your order shipment.

All orders are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah, United States.

Orders placed before 6pm (EST) Monday - Friday (excluding national Holidays) are shipped out that same-day. Orders placed after 6pm (EST) on Fridays will be shipped out on the next business day.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

For orders shipped to customers WITHIN the United States:

  • Free Shipping (USPS First Class)
    • Orders of $30 USD or more receive complimentary USPS First Class shipping, which can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on delivery location.
  • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority/Express or UPS)
    • Optionally, you can choose to pay extra for a faster shipping option via USPS, or you can select another carrier altogether (available carriers and shipping speed options are available at checkout).
    • Costs for expedited shipping options, along with their respective, estimated delivery speeds, are shown in real-time at checkout.

For orders shipped to customers OUTSIDE the United States:

  • Shipping Options
    • Although we do not currently offer free shipping to our international customers, we do strive to provide the lowest possible rates, which will vary by country. The most cost-effective shipping option for customers located outside of the United States is typically USPS First Class, which can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to arrive, depending on delivery location. However, you may wish to spend more for faster shipping (available carriers and shipping speed options are available at checkout).
  • Duties, VAT, Tariffs, & Import Fees
    • Depending on delivery location, your shipment MAY be subject to duties, VAT, tariffs, or other associated taxes and fees; as dictated by the laws and policies of the import country and customs agencies. Enphold ships orders internationally on a Delivery-At-Place (DAP) basis and therefore does NOT collect any such fees during the checkout or payment process. The customer receiving the shipment is responsible for the payment of all applicable import customs clearance, duties, or taxes upon delivery. This is also highlighted in our refund policy.
    • These costs are completely independent of, and irrelevant to, any carrier shipping costs paid at checkout.

Information on Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although delays in order shipments are extremely rare, they do still occur. Any shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and NOT a guarantee. All orders are shipped out and given to the carrier the same day they're ordered; with respect to the date/time guidelines mentioned above. Once an order is shipped, Enphold is not responsible for carrier delays under any circumstance.

If your shipment is shown to arrive later than expected at the time of purchase, remember that this delay lies with the carrier. Please do not contact Enphold customer support for assistance, as there's nothing we can do about it.

If your shipment appears to be lost, please reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim. In such cases, we're happy to help you in filing your claim by providing you any necessary information required by the carrier.
