Refund policy
If you're not happy with your order and we haven't been able to find a solution to meet your needs, we'll gladly accept your return of undamaged goods within 30 days of the date you placed your order. If your order arrives to you in damaged condition, you received an incorrect item, or it has failed to meet quality expectations, we'll gladly accommodate a return or exchange as well.
Please note that there are no refunds on Enphold gift cards.
All returned orders that comply with the above terms will be granted either an exchange or a full, 100% refund (your choice). For all other returns NOT deemed as defective, a 20% restocking fee may apply. This reimburses Enphold for costs incurred from carrier shipping/return postage fees, replacing any product contents missing from a returned item, and product re-packaging.
Items purchased on clearance, as indicated on the product page of applicable items are non-refundable. All orders of clearance items are final (same with store gift cards). However, in the event you receive an item of a size, color, etc. that is different from what you ordered, we'll gladly work out an exchange with you and make sure you receive the correct item.
Information for customers OUTSIDE the United States:
Depending on delivery location, your shipment MAY be subject to duties, VAT, tariffs, or other associated taxes and fees; as dictated by the laws and policies of the import country and customs agencies. Enphold ships orders internationally on a Delivery-At-Place (DAP) basis and therefore does NOT collect any such fees during the checkout or payment process. The customer receiving the shipment is responsible for the payment of all applicable import customs clearance, duties, or taxes upon delivery. This is also highlighted in our shipping policy.
These costs are completely independent of, and irrelevant to, any carrier shipping costs paid at checkout and Enphold is not responsible for refunding any of these costs paid by a customer to import their order.
